I love coffee. Not only do My partner and i love coffee but I’m slightly obsessed with it. I’ve tried out a huge selection of different coffees through the years and now have managed to find 2 or three which My partner and i truly adore and consume regularly. In my constant hunt for the perfect coffee bean, We are always testing diverse coffee bean coming from around the globe and decided to record what I find right here. I will critique all the coffees I try out each at home as well as when in coffee shops or eateries and blog post about them here.
My latest search has me hunting for a great tasting organic coffee. We eat organic and natural meals whenever we can, probably 80% of the time, but the one particular organic product I haven’t been able to obtain is organic coffee. Well, it’s certainly not that I haven’t been able to find organic coffee but that I haven’t been able to find good organic coffee. Virtually all has been rubbish in all honesty.
Thus project number 1 will be to buy plenty of organic coffees, both ground as well as beans, and commence tests. I take my gourmet coffee quite seriously so precise notes shall be taken at all stages from the producing of the coffee right through to the consuming of the coffee. I did a bit of a search and discovered an Aussie web site (I am in Australia) which lists most of the organic coffee available round the country. I will order a smallish sample from each business and commence testing the minute they arrive. I can’t wait to get going.
