As a follow-up to my organically produced coffee post I’m about to change gears somewhat and speak regarding natural and organic wines. Clearly, they’re both organic and both drinks so they’re sort of related, correct? Alright so they’re not really related whatsoever yet I wanted to discuss organic wine due to the fact it’s something I adore, although not as much as coffee, and it’s really the only kind of wine I can consume.
The reason I can’t drink other different types of wine is because of the chemical preservatives they use. They give me personally a splitting headache every single single time. I enjoy wine, particularly red wine however I just feel so ill following drinking it. It was only when someone suggested I try out chemical free wines that I realised that it is the actual chemical preservatives which result in the issues definitely not the actual wine. Following some research I also found out that most organic and natural wines are also preservative free.
Thus now I’m including the occasional drop of wine to my evening mealtime which provides me a good dose of resveratrol and anti-oxidants which I can add to my anti-oxidant loaded every day coffee.
